Dominikus Hierl is the SVP of sales for the EMEA region at Quectel Wireless Solutions, the global IoT solutions provider, and is responsible for the European business. Until April 2016 he was CEO of Telit Automotive Solutions, and before that for over 10 years was CMO at Telit Communications Plc, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and product management for the group of companies. Before joining Telit, Mr Hierl was global VP of business development at Siemens Wireless Modules, where he was responsible for the strategy and business development of the division and was a member of the division’s management. Before joining Siemens AG, Mr Hierl worked as a sales engineer for trunked radio and paging systems at Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co.KG. Dominikus holds a degree in electrical engineering and industrial engineering from the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
